Text Format Not Working
I can't get highlighted text to; Bold, Underline, Italic or Wrap Quotation Marks when I click the icons. This is new behavior, never had a problem before. Is there maybe a specific NoScript or AdBlock item I can look for to enable these again?

Are you saying you're running one of the mentioned plugins? If so, that is likely your issue. The controls require javascript and if you don't have the program configured correctly, then some functions may not work on the site. If this is the case, we can't really provide support for using a product that is being used to alter the functionality and/or appearance of the site.
If you're not using the mentioned plugins, then you might want to clear the browser's cache and restart it. If that doesn't work, then something is blocking the javascript from working in your browser.
