I live in the Central Time Zone. In settings I have the Central Time Zone selected along with DST.
The issue is that all time stamps on posts show 1 hour ahead of my time. Any solution?

You mean Automatically Detect DST?
If so, then you need to make sure your computer's time zone and DST are correct.
The forum adjusts the time based on what your computer's time zone and DST are set at. So if it's off, it's either your forum settings or your computer's time settings.
