How do you post those little icons
I drag them over with my cursor but when I do a preview they do not show up. Only thing that shows is what you see below.

You need to simply click on them. If they don't automatically insert, then your browser is blocking javascript or you have a 3rd party plugin that is altering the functionality and/or appearance of the site.
