I'm not sure I understand the issue. You can reply to the thread that you used to get the feedback from. Looks like this was the following thread:

So you simply use the
and type a response.
And then there's the Thanks option, by clicking on the
next to the specific post you want to Thank, which will simply show that you Thanked the post.
The latter won't work because, for whatever reason, Coach deleted his response in your thread.
