I am using win 7 ie 11 and have been getting security alert pop-ups for several weeks, this only happens on the forum.

But it's not CorvetteForum nor CorvetteForum specific.

The certificate is noting BTRLL, which is short for BrightRoll:
https://brightroll.com/

Note they are an advertisement firm for Yahoo.

Unless you have malware, it may be an advertisement.

Edit: BTW there's quite a bit of people online that have reported and asked about this with ranging answers and suggestions.
