Forum Advertisements
It seems to me that there are way more ads on this forum then before, i mean i don't mind advertisements but they get in the way of what your reading and are a nuisance, has anyone else noticed this.

Also, whatever browser you're using, try a "private" browsing session. I use Firefox. Whether I sign in or not, the ads are significantly less if I log in on a private session over the normal public session.

I stay logged in all of the time and I really don't have any problem with ads.

Always logged in and always have adblock plus extensions added to every browser. The only ads I see here are the official vendors little pics on the side plus every ad they post in each section as a text post. Not intrusive, though a bit annoying

Forum vendors used to have 3 posts per 2-day 1st title page. As of a year ago, they can now only have 1. Maybe there are more vendors, but only paying supporting vendors may post ads in the General discussion forums (but not Off Topic). If you see a non-supporting vendor post here, report them.

While the site is free to use, the site is not free to operate. Advertisements help to keep this site online and free to use. Things like bandwidth and server resources cost money. A site as large and active as CorvetteForum cannot operate on a GoDaddy 9.99/month plan. In addition to costs for the site, the site is owned by Internet Brands - a for-profit business - and has been for some 10 years.
As noted, Guests/Not Logged In mode will result in more advertisements. Again, that hasn't really been any different for the past few years.
