Page Loading very slow?

Page Loading very slow?
For the last couple of weeks it takes 10sec or so to load a new page at the Corvetteforum. Is this the site or have there been changes to my computer settings? Any suggestions on how to improve performance would be appreciated.

There are many variables involved with page load that rely on CorvetteForum's servers, the user's computer and the connection between the two (your Internet provider and backbone), etc.
I have not seen any higher than normal complaints about page load. With over 400K members, there's going to be varying complaints from all sorts of corners but that doesn't necessarily suggest it's CorvetteForum.
I timed a few page loads and found them loaded within approximately 2 seconds.
My first suggestion, without knowing any information about your specific issue (slow loading can be caused by connection or CPU concerns), is to check to see if your CPU is high when the issue is occurring.

If you're running any anti-virus or other security software, which you should be, you need to make sure that's not the cause.
If you're using extensions in your browser, you'll need to disable them to see if one or more are causing CPU load issues.
