Give the system an hour or so to sort out the changes that were made to help against some of the PM spam that was flooding CF over the weekend. All of you above that have responded should have PM restored shortly.

Your account shows normal with PM permissions. The system is automated. If an account is eligible, it requires the account to visit CF and then the account will be queued for processing in the script as a batch. This usually occurs hourly.
Likely you just recently visited and the system has not yet gotten your account into the queue for processing.
Those that had PM access but no longer do should have the permissions restored within an hour or so after you visit CF. There may be some accounts that once had PM access and may not be eligible. In that case being active and involved on CF, using it as intended, will likely restore eligibility.
