how to post videos

You first need to upload the video to a host. Most popular is YouTube. For help on using YouTube and uploading content to YouTube, I'd suggest visiting YouTube and their Help.
Next is linking the video inside a post. If using YouTube, you simply copy the URL (link) of the YouTube video and paste that link inside the post. Once the post is submitted the software embeds the YouTube video inside the post.
