Some posts not showing up?

Some posts not showing up?
Noted that recently when reviewing threads, some posts are not showing up.
By that, I mean I receive email notifications of new posts including a preview but when I go to the thread, the post that shows up in the email preview isn't there.
No rhyme or reason and checked to I didn't have the members blocked. Most recent was from user "jeffs64" and here's the email:
Is there some setting I'm missing?

Well that particular example you provided is the author of the post (jeffs64) deleting his reply from the thread stating "Wrong thead". Only Staff can see deleted content.
