The links I provide in your thread was correct. I re-verified they were correct.

For whatever reason they don't work for you, all you need to do is scroll down a line or two while viewing this Help section and you will also see the very two threads that I linked to that cover the original subject.

A visual has been added as an Attachment.

In the future, if you want to contact me directly there is PM feature that works better. Also, as I noted in the previous thread, there is no use in having multiple threads open, created, etc., for the very same topic that is still active (open) and easily found in the Help section under the appropriately titled subject. We can't monitor and update every single one of those threads if they were left open. And if we left those threads open and didn't mass copy and paste updates to all of those threads left open covering the same topic, it would be one of those threads where someone would claim the issue is ignored due to lack of updates for those threads.

There is a lot of these threads out there with basically the same information being repeated over. There is no new information to provide at this time.

I'd normally leave something like this open but I'm 99.99% sure this thread will simply be used as another Amazon thread when there's already 5 threads in this section roughly over the past 24 hours.
