Inserting pictures into a PM?
Is there a way to insert a picture into a PM directly from my computer?
When creating a PM, there is a small icon for adding pictures, but clicking on it appears to be just for adding the URL of an image, presumably from photobucket or similar.
Seems like just an extra added step uploading to PB and then linking a pic back here to a PM; and with the problems with photobucket I'm not sure if going this route will even allow someone else to view a pic this way.

No. There currently is no way to add pictures directly to a PM without hot-linking as you described. Such a feature is not a simple radio button to enable as such a feature has never existed in this software. It's possible it could be a feature added in the future.
