In order to assist we need to know more information.

So is the sole issue that you're getting a 'you've used x amount of attempts' error message right away? Or have you attempted to log in a few times with the system indicating you've entered in a wrong username/password? It appears this post you made from a Verizon wireless account. Is that what you normally use when you receive the error?

I have had continuous issues with my password. I believe there have been 3 changes: 1st one I can no longer remember, 2nd one was (removed) which worked for 1 week and today was prompted to change the password again. It was changed to (removed).
Yes, we have a Verizon Jetpack. We live in the country and are unable to
to get good reception.
After I attempt to log in, I receive the "you've used x amount of tries"
Thank you in advance for helping to try to solve this issue.

If you're receiving an error that your username/password is incorrect, then the username and/or password you supplied is not correct for the account. After X amount of tries in X amount of time, the system will lock you out as security.

A few things:
1) The error of incorrect username/password does not indicate which, or both, is incorrect. So it could be an incorrect username typed in or password or both.
2) Usernames are not CaSe sensitive. Passwords are CaSe sensitive.
3) Passwords do not change on their own. Only someone who has access to the account, as well as staff for support purposes, can change a password.

It is possible that people are using VZW to try and log into accounts and causing the lockouts. That could get you blocked indirectly. That would also happen for any other forum and not just this one.
