Default 2 questions/problems!

JT Here is one for you.<PRC> Thread title is Do you worry about some liberal nut killing our president.I copied and pasted that into the reply and Bolded it. Everything after that I typed was still in bold.I just continued on and posted it all now in Bold and apologized for it. (How do you straighten that out or is that a forum problem?)

Here is another problem (AFAIC) you’re typing along and want to put in a smile you now hit the smile symbol a get a pop up you find the smile you want and hit on it. It then appears in your post but the pop up page disappears, so if you want more smiles you got to open the pop up page again! If we got to live with this MAJOR UPDATE , please make these items a little more user friendly. Thanks

The message would have shown you that it was bold. You can either highlight the part you didn't want Bold and then hit the Bold button to un-bold it or you could have highlighted everything, hit the Bold button to un-bold everything, then highlight the part you wanted Bold and hit Bold button.

Editors such as what Gmail use, do the same thing. It copies the formatting of what you copy. The thread title was Bold, so that was copied when you pasted it.

OK. But I suppose it could go the other way where people do want to close the window after selecting from the smilies and don't use multiple in a row. Hard to please everyone who has different opinions, usage, etc.,

Got you on the Bolded thing . Like I have said many times I'm miles from being a geek.

Thank you for the prompt reply!
