Default C7 New Format

Wondering what is going on with the new,Forum?
When you click on a thread. The top border gets Fat and Long. Then the lower part of the Page crowds up and narrows your posts.
What The Hell Is going on here?
Probably Me?My settings?
Anyone else having unusual viewing?

I don't particularly care for the new format either.

Wish they would put the Mark This Forum Read in the header or footer as a button when scrolling on the main C7 page. I often scroll down looking for interesting stuff and when I get to the bottom and say "Ok well let me mark this forum read" I have to scroll all the way back to the top and then open the Forum Tools menu and Mark This Forum Read.

"New and Improved" Websites and such are often like a new and improved hammer... NOT!

It's terrible, narrows the reading area and when you scroll up that big useless pane with useless view first unread, thread tools and search this thread boxes that I never ever use normally crowds out what I was scrolling up to see. Bring back the old format that was never broken.

I'm still getting use to it but the Text box can be made bigger by dragging the arrow in the bottom right of the Text box.

Since there's already a running thread about this, which was linked in a previous response, and we can't efficiently monitor and update multiple threads covering the same topic, we're going to lock this thread.
