Issue inserting image into post

Having an issue post the latest forum upgrade trying to load an image into a post. Choosing the image from local computer source via 'Browse your device' will cause it get to 100% and then sit with the 'Upload' button inaccessible (see below).

Have to cancel and then try two or three times to successfully insert image, and happens regardless of browser choice.

How large are the file sizes being uploaded? How long do you wait after 100% is displayed? How are you accessing CF?

File sizes vary, either .jpg or .png format typically, but I would guess the average is < 100K in size. I usually give it a good 10-15 seconds but it doesn't seem to complete, yet the second or third attempt will complete almost immediately after hitting cancel and trying again.

Occurs consistently whether at home on a 50MB connection or at work with 200MB pipe, minimal latency involved in either one. Thanks.
