Default Posting Editor: WYSIWYG vs BB Code

I noticed when posting and editing the forum default editor is WYSIWYG, which can be very helpful sometimes but a nuisance other times.

Is there a way to toggle on BB Code?

This is especially helpful for grabbing the URL of previously posted pictures so that one can post them again elsewhere without re-uploading them. With the WYSIWYG editor the URL is not visible; just the actual picture.

Thanks in advance.

BB code is still supported. Just use the known BB tags, which there aren't many that aren't in the WYSIWYG editor toolbar.

The URL example is different issue. That is part of the software recognizing URLs.

OK. So there isn't a way to revert to 100% BB Code? I have seen that on some forums where you can disable the WYSIWYG feature.

Have you tried the Automatically embed media option, below the editor, unchecked?
