Drop down option?
In the C7 General Discussion (and others I'm sure) there are 14 threads in a section for "Stickies. Is there any way that the red bar above could have the "triangle" to close the stickies (as in drop down close) and can be opened by clicking on the "Sticky" red bar triangle? Similar to the main forum page where you can drop and open stuff on C6 or C5 or the other forums to shorten up the display.
This would bring the "Regular" thread bar up to the higher part of the page and eliminate scrolling down for half a page to get to the active threads.

To answer the question, such an option does not exist in the software and would require re-coding.
Problem I'd see from a staff standpoint is those stickies are there because they need to be seen. Hiding them would kinda against that.
