My thread will not let me edit it. When I try to change it I save it and hit the check mark but nothing changes.
In order to assist, we need more information. Such as a link to the thread and exactly what you're trying to do and/or change and what actually is happening.
It shows you've edited it approximately 20 times. Either your browser is showing you a cache version (not updated) or we need more information as to exactly why you think it's not working. Also, not sure what "check mark" you're talking about.

That is the thread and here is what I am talking about Check mark upper right and the title is not what i am seeing when i visit the thread. Any ideas also i have tried to edit it 20 but it is not changing.

It did edit the thread title, as shown in the attachment below.
Note that, for years, if a thread's title is edited X amount of time after it has been posted, it will only update the thread title as seen when viewing the thread (as shown) but it will not update the title as shown in the index forum. That is not user configurable. If it requires a change, an Administrator or Moderator must be contacted to make the change.
