I moved your post from the Premium Membership thread as that thread is for those who have a paid (Premium) subscription.
In order to assist, we need more details. Where are you trying to post and what error message are you receiving? Your account shows normal status with normal permissions. Also, that you was able to make your post shows it is working? You also show several posts in the C4 section. So it's unclear what issue you're having.
