How do you move posts from one thread to another?

Only Administrators and Moderators can move posts between threads as that is a moderator action. If required, please provide what needs to be moved.

I asked my question wrong. Can you do quotes from another thread? And second question after I've typed out a post and I go to pics it doesn't show my entire album just one row of pics that repeats if that makes any sense.
