when I click on pic symbol it comes up with url box..I don't know what that meens...how do I send pic in private meesage?

The PM system has never allowed directly uploading attachments. Instead, you must have the content already hosted online and hot-link it. You could upload the content to your CorvetteForum album and then hot-link it within the PM by copying/pasting the URL from your album. Instructions on using the Album are in the Sticky section of this Help forum.
