Norton

Norton gives us a virus here on the forum I keep getting a screen lock about losing my data have to turn it off. WHILE SURFIING HERE It is Norton???? WTF!

Ive seen it too...it ISNT Norton - it is malware coming from one of the advertising servers...
Do not click on any of it...just kill the window.
I have only had this happen to me in Edge...what browser are you using?

I've had that happen a few times, it's a pop up ad that's getting through. I had to close it with Task Manager. It appears to be harmless, other than giving me a mild heart attack the first time it happened.

I've had it happen several times over the past week or so.
Open a thread and then it turns into a lock screen asking to update my Norton .
I just close it out and most of the time it won't happen until I come back on here at another time.
