Factory Wheel Offsets

I am trying to confirm if I increase my 2007 ZO6 factory (FRONT) offset wheel measuring 40mm can accept a newly purchased wheel offset of 59mm with no issues with the tire hitting the wheel well during driving or turning. 19mm difference or (.748-in.).

What is the maximum offset that one can use when selecting new wheels for upgrade on the front and back
