Fair deal?

Hi. I found a 2008 atomic orange coupe with 9850 miles on it listed for $34,995. This would be my first Corvette and I’m not really sure what is reasonable in terms of pricing and it’s my dream car in my dream color so I’m a little bias. Does that price seem fair considering the low mileage and rare color? The bank is only offering to loan $24,000 saying it’s overpriced. As far as I know it’s in great condition and had no mechanical issues.
