toolbar missing from reply box

toolbar missing from reply box
My toolbar is missing from the reply box. Therefore I do not have the ability to post pictures with the attachment button. Does anyone know how to reset the toolbar to reappear in the reply box?

Thanks for your help JT. It is definitely on my end. The tool bar doesn't appear on my 11 year old iMac on safari, but it works if I go to Google Chrome. It also appears if I log into my Daughters iPad. I'll figure it out. Hopefully.

You had it disabled on your account. I enabled it. It's possible the Safari version is too old and not supported? The toolbar is a javascript function and requires the browser to execute the code to display.
