When asking for assistance, we need to know some basic information such as how one is accessing the site (mobile, desktop), if they're using the mobile app, mobile theme or desktop theme, what browser is being used, extensions being used, etc., as all those can factor in the topic.

When i try to post the same pics i have post a month ago i get " NOT AN ACCEPTED FILE.
