You indicate you've seen others report this issue but this is is the first I've heard of this issue and I see no recent reports of such an issue. Your first thread you started, which I linked below, shows many don't have the issue. No one stated they have any issue nor any confirmed the "Not an accepted file" you indicate. Because you didn't post your thread in the Help section, but an offtopic section, you got a lot of replies that didn't aid and the thread had turned into a freepost:

I can attach a file just fine, as shown, and so there is some other variable involved. Generally, if it states the file type is not accepted then it's possibly not a proper file type or has been altered by the OS user.
But since you did not provide any details, we can't provide a more accurate and applicable answer.

The reason why i could not post pics was bcuz my ph switched from jpg to HEIC file. to save space and CF doesnt accept HEIC.
I changed it back to jpg and now I can post pics.
