I've been struggling a bit with the search function on the forum. It doesn't seem to perform bolen searches; i.e. "transmission cooler" gets me all hits for both "transmissions" and "cooler"-- so I end up seeing threads about how many beer coolers can fit into the back of a C4 (teasing, but you get the idea;-). Likewise, I can't seem to figure out how to perform this kind of search: in the C4 subform "C6 wheels" in order to see about C6 rim fitment on my C4 as "c" has too few letters for the search engine to recognize?
I'm sure I'm missing something--but I'm a bit slow ;-)

Thanks for the help,

The internal search engine has limitations as almost all similar forums do. The term C4, for example, on a site as large and active as CorvetteForum is likely used so extensively that it cannot be so easily searched and returned. CorvetteForum has over 50 million posts and the term C4 is almost like trying to do a search on the word "and".
Right now, the best advice is to use Google to search CorvetteForum. While it may seem odd to recommend using an external way to search CorvetteForum, and the search engine is something that gets tuned, the fact of the matter is Google's roots are in the Search department. Few websites can match Google's resources.
