Turning off email notifications?

Turning off email notifications?
Hey there -- love to Forum but get email EVERY single time someone replies in a thread I'm subscribed to. I found the section that lists all my subscriptions, but don't see a button to mute them or turn off notifications being sent to my email. Any tips?

Next, you'll need to take care of the current subscriptions.
Go to UserCP, View all Subscribed Threads, and manually change the options for that thread(s). There is a mass-select feature using the checkbox column to the right and selecting the appropriate action in the bottom right corner.

I just go in and hit the subscribed button in each post I'm tired of and that changes it to subscribe (which means I'm unsubscribed and it stops sending me emails for that particular thread)! Sometimes the subscribed emails get overwhelming!
