Anyone having problems in receiving prescribed posts from the C7 General Discussion Forum? I am.
Logs show your email provider truvista is currently blocking emails from our email servers as they believe they are "spam".
We have virtually little to no control over how, or if, providers deliver emails as we are not their customer. You might report to your provider, as you are their customer, that they're blocking emails to you without your knowledge or desire.

J T, I see you helped another forum member with this problem and wondered if you could check if you see the same problem with my ISP?
I have been getting no e-mail notifications for some time and figured it would correct itself or maybe there was a system problem. I have un-subscribed and re-subcribed to threads, checked my spam folder and blocked senders list, all to no avail. Then I found this thread.

Any help you could provide would be appreciated.
Yes, you're using Earthlink and they are using a 3rd party service for their email spam services. Since Feb 8, there's been over 100 email notifications attempted to be sent to you that haven't been accepted because of your email provider's email service fails with a generic I/O error message. I'm not seeing this issue with other email providers during this time.
As JT suggested, I contacted my provider. The rep could not see where the
corvetteforum.com group sites were blocked, but the home site was added to an approved site list for me. I have had no problems since, except for an occasion or two when a subscribed group had no postings for one day (hard to believe).
I had a lengthy phone call with Earthlink cust svc. They had me go to mxtoolbox and copy every ip address associated with @corvetteforum.com and send a separate e-mail on each ip address to earthlink abuse. There were 12 and each one came back as not being blocked.
An example reply is pasted below.
We don't seem to be blocking mail server 209.85.144.26 at this time.
It's possible that this server has already been unblocked and the changes have not made it out to our mail servers yet, or that another server or IP address is actually the cause of the issue.
If this problem persists, please reply from the blocked server and include a 550 bounce message with full headers, and we will investigate the issue further. If possible, please include any gateway/firewall IPs that your mail server may be routing through.
Also, please include anything important that you may have sent to us in your first unblock request.
What else can I do? I had no problems for the first 18 months. 1/2 of this is Greek to me so not sure which way to turn.
Thanks
Just about to post when I saw your reply H Watkins. What "home site" did you have added? @corvetteforum.com or other.
Thanks

Like I've said previously, Earthlink appears to be using a 3rd party email spam management service (Vade Secure) and that's where the problem is with a generic i/o error that doesn't occur with other email providers:
host mx03.oxsus-vadesecure.net[51.81.242.59] said:
554 Transaction failed: i/o error (in reply to end of DATA command)
If you use the same mx tools, you will see Earthlink email resolves to Vade Secure.
