Using the Chrome browser that I've been using for about a year now, marking forums read doesn't seem to be working correctly. I can use the Quick Links - Mark Forums read and it seems to work, at least for the forum I'm in. When I leave the forum and come back a few minutes later, all the thread titles are marked unread, the whole page.
Using the Forum Tools - Mark This Forum Read does the same thing. This just started today.
The problem I'm seeing is the threads that I've read and someone adds posts to them after I've read them usually show titles with shaded text. This has changed and does not happen any longer since yesterday.
This just happened on this Help forum when I went back to the HELP main page and FWC had posted since I'd been there. The thread title should have shown shaded but was bold.

This is a known issue that the team is still working on. But that said, it may be specific to Safari. @FWC are you also saying you're using Safari?
I read some C7 General threads before dinner and responded to two. Closed the browser and came back an hour later.
The threads I looked at before dinner, including one where I posted, are still not marked.
Google Chrome/Windows.
EDIT-
I back-arrowed to C7 General after posting this, one of my recent replies was marked but the other was not.
When I go in and out of C7 General just now, sometimes it marks the threads and sometimes not.

I have similar problems but I usually concentrate in the C-,C2 boards

My understanding is the issue was recently fixed. There is a possibility it may be a cache issue in your browser in which case you may need to clear the cache of your browser. Even if you don't, eventually, it will get cleared out.
If it's still not working and you have cleared the browser cache (note if CorvetteForum is a favorite/bookmark that some browser require using a specific function to delete saved favorites data), then please provide some basic information such as:
1) Browser and browser version
2) Browser extensions used
3) Mobile or desktop theme
4) Mobile device or desktop/laptop
5) Provide which function is not working - Mark All Forums Read, Mark This Forum Read, and/or the Read/Unread status for an individual thread while browsing threads. This information is necessary as the path to setting the Unread/Read flag depends on what action was used.

I think it is fixed and back to normal.
Thanks to all who made the repairs.
