I checked the registrations for the last 24 hours. Out of the several dozen registrations, only 2 accounts were Unconfirmed. Yours and one other account. This suggests that the system is working as all accounts, except for 2, were able to get a confirmed account status.
Without further details, I would suspect an issue with your email client/provider and environment. It's possible the link was being filtered or blocked, by your email client/provider or security software from some sort of security option. The email contains a basic hyper-link. CorvetteForum does not have any control over the email after it has been parsed and sent out.
