So I posted in PR&C a comment. Mod didn't like that comment so he deleted it. I amended the comment so it reflected the conversation better and didn't have the part that the mod didn't like. 
Then I was banned for a month? Is this standard practice? A month?

There's no way to message anyone once you're banned. There's no way to do anything but make another account. This is me trying to contact the mod (as it stated in the banned message). There's no phone number for CF support.

PMs are disabled until a certain time frame or post count? I was hoping that this post would unlock it. Oh well. Looks like I'll just countdown until this account is banned as well. I'm on here all the time. Huge bummer..

There's a Contact Us in the footer (bottom) of each forum-based page that can be used to contact CorvetteForum without an account:

That would be the proper method to contact the Staff rather than returning with a new account and then posting about it in the Help section as both are against the simple Guidelines.
