I don't think you can directly post a video, but someone may correct me and we'll both learn something. When I want to post a video, I post it to youtube and then put a link here.

I save mine to my youtube account and then copy and paste the URL. Hell, I don't even know what I just said!!!

Once the video is on YouTube, you simply copy and paste the URL (address) of the video into your post.
