Need a Moderators help
If I’m on WiFi everything is normal, but if I’m on cellular it says that my IP address is banned? I don’t think I have done anything to be banned? I’ve had a warning I’m the past but that was it.

You may need to check with the maker of your phone's online support to locate your IP address.
