Cannot PM
Hello, I can't send any private messages yet but wanted to contact another member about a car they had listed for sale. I assume this is because I only have 1 post so the site thinks I am a scammer. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks

New members can't PM for a little while. It's to prevent scammers. The exact number of posts you have to have is never revealed, but it's not many.

The system does not rely on just post counts. Also, posting just to post can easily get flagged.
We encourage members to use the site for its intended purpose as that will be the way to gain access while also not getting flagged.

PM access is restricted on new accounts, or accounts with low activity, to help protect the community against spammers and scammers.
The system does not rely on just post counts. Also, posting just to post can easily get flagged.

I'm in the same boat. The dream car I want is for sale on this forum and I'm somehow just waiting around for me to be magically approved. I understand the spam consideration but dang, I might lose my dream car over this. Can an admin just allow me to message one member :0
