No problems on Desktop (Monterey, using Brave Browser), but just noticed it on some of the posts using iPad with latest iOS update that was released earlier this week.
I would concur its an Apple problem ... happens on my iPad and using Safari on the desktop (but not Firefox or Chrome). Oddly, it only happens in newer posts ... if I view photos in an old post, they are fine. Very odd ... but happy its not just me.
Did some experimenting ... its an Apple "feature" ... if you disable "Limit IP Address Tracking (and Private Relay)" then new photos load normally. The Forum might have changed the way the host photos and it is confusing Apple's privacy feature.
Pretty sure it’s not how the pics gets posted, it’s how they’re viewed on Apple devices with the latest OS. Meaning, they may look pixelated to you if you’re viewing on an Apple device on the latest OS, but other people don’t see them pixelated.

Thanks for the info. We'll look further into this. I don't know of any recent changes.
The reason for the behavior is that the site uses the lazy loader script to partially load images in the background that aren't displayed in the viewable window. When the browser window approaches the content, the content is fully loaded. Slow internet or network issues between the member and the server can cause the images to not fully load as can 3rd party extensions that prevent the script from working correctly.
In this case there appears to be something with Apple's update. Maybe the script knowing the position of the browser's window is a privacy issue with Apple.
Seeing the same thing on my Apple MacBook Pro, however if I click on the picture it opens in a different window and clears up. And it's not all the photos, just some of them. And it's not only on this forum, I see the same problem on the Ford Truck Enthusiast forum which I'm a member of also, which is owned by the same company that owns this one..
Add me to the list.
Happened after the latest update. Pictures are blurry unless I click on them.
Also have weird skipping problems where the page randomly reloads and sends me back to the previous page and the back arrow (actually both arrows) disappears.
It is worse on this forum. The other forums I frequent do not have the blurry photo problem.
