Like Button
I only seem to be able to use the "like" button when I am not logged in. When I am logged in, it is no longer available. Is that normal?

Non-logged in viewers see the Like button but it does not function. It requires a logged in account to work.

This is a bug with the software. Like button should not display when you're not logged in and the section has Likes disabled. Note that if you try to use it while not logged in, you're prompted to log in and then you'll get a denied error.
Not all sections have the Likes enabled. This help section is one of the sections that it's not enabled. If you don't see the Likes button while logged in, then the Likes is disabled for that section.
