Default Parts Sold

What is proper way to get moderators to show parts you have posted for sale as being sold?

4 of your sales threads have been titled as sold and closed.

It looks like you used the Reported Post to alert Moderators. That is one option. You can also simply update the thread indicating it was sold. Normally, that simply drops the thread further down without further action required.

OK, thanks.....I do think it is beneficial to members to see the word SOLD in the title, rather than reading a long thread only to find out on the last posting that the part is sold. I would suggest that it would be better if the OP could simply change the tiitle to SOLD rather than bother the moderators....but I don't know if that is not possible with the software. Just a suggestion.

Is it okay with you that we use the Reported Post to do this??? The note on the reported post page lists what it is for....and this is not one of the options listed.

Right now the ability to edit a thread title in that manner is not available. Parts listed for sale may not get sold for days or weeks, which is outside the time limit for editing a thread title.

That said, we know about the concern and issue. It is something that will be addressed in a future update.
