'71 turn signal not working

'71 turn signal not working
My turn signal was working fine. Then it started only blinking twice. Now it doesn't come on at all. The arm still goes up or down and stays there until the turn is complete but no signal.
The fuse is good. The flashers work. The running lights work. The brake lights work.
I would have thought the switch, but the blinking twice before total outage has me scratching my head. Any ideas? Thanks!
