Default Subscription renewal

Say guys, it looks like I got charged $25 twice for my subscription renewal for this year. Can you look into it, and correct it if that's the case. Here's a screen shot from my PayPal account showing the dates.

Did you manually renew? Right now I'm having an issue with the log to verify but we'll get that resolved, soon.

Usually whenever we have a member double-billed it's because of a confusion between the notification as well as automatic renewals. Generally, the subscriptions are auto-renewed but sometimes members will also manually renew based on the generic notification. This causes double-billing and it adds the extra membership to the account.

Your account appears to have the extra membership. So you can either request a refund or you can accept the extra charge that also gives you the extra year on your membership. Meaning you would not need to renew next year.

If you don't want auto-renewal in the future, you will need to log into your PayPal account and remove the CorvetteForum/Internet Brands Subscription from your PayPal account. We do not have access to modify the PayPal subscriptions.

No, I have auto renew, and no I didn't try to renew manually. I guess you can just carry it over for next year.
