Default Corvette 327 motor numbers

i need help figuring out what year my motor is... the S# is 3782870 ao I believe it is a corvette 327 motor, but the rest of the numbers on the passenger side near bell housing does not make sense. Plus some of the number or letters are not clear. Here are the numbers i found on passenger side directly on the bck of the block (top part) 8128, the one i cannot be sure is even a 1. The lower part of this same side in the back passenger side is H8....870. On top of this 870 dirctly above is another three numbewr 885. Going to the front of the motor under timing cover on the block to the left is again 870 and further to the right is G-18. Below the 870 number is another two digit number 72................................I do not see the standard info on date code on passenter back bellhousing side. I also assume this 3782870 is a clear 327 motor but i could be wrong and need to know first it is a 327 motor at is within 62-69 years... i DON'T KNOW IF THIS FORUM WILL NOTIFY ME OF RESPONSE SO HERE IS MY DOC WIESE 7 AT YAHOO. iF YOU POST IT HERE AND YOU DO NOT GET AN IMMEDIATE RESSPONSE MEANS i DID NOT GET A NOTIFICATION TO OPEN THIS FORUM.

Hello, this Help section is for Help with the CorvetteForum website (account issues, etc.,) and is not the place to post technical questions about Corvettes, or other questions not related to the website, as they will not be seen by other Corvette owners.

Instead, please find the correct section, based on the generation of the Corvette.

Go back to the main forum page:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/

Now start to slowly scroll down until you see your generation of Corvette listed.

There's also general sections that may help you, such as the Resto section:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...rect-resto-77/

We encourage new members to take some time to browse around the site and read the Announcements and Stickies as they contain important and frequently asked information.

Thank-you
