I know that you use "Zulu" time for your time stamp, but using 09:20 pm is very confusing. Anytime that the time is preceded by a "0" it denotes morning. 9:20 pm is actually 21:20 Zulu!

Time zone settings are in the UserCP, where all account-based options are located. Your timezone is set to GMT Western Europe.
This forum defaults to ET for Guests (not logged in ) but uses an offset for each account to display the correct time based on the time zone set in the account.

That's why there's a PM or AM. 9:20PM is 9:20PM. To get the correct time, you need to have the correct time zone and DST set in your UserCP. Yours is set to GMT Western Europe
This forum, for atleast the last 15+ years, has used AM or PM and the above confirmation.
