I've been a member for years, but something strange has happened. When I try to log on, I get blocked with the message "error 1005", and I get blocked. This is happening eight out of ten times when trying to log on, and I cannot correct this. I could use some advice on how to correct this because I lot on a lot of times, but this is making all this effort a pain in the ass1
In “ Firefox” browsers:the ‘menu’ is under the 3 horizontal lines at bottoms right corner of screen
form there : Settings at bottom of pop up menu
then ‘Data Management’
Then Ensure ‘Cache’ and ‘Cookies’ plus any other items you want but likely NOT Passwords are ‘on’. Blue…
then ‘Clear private data’
Disable your VPN. Some VPNs are blocked. This is not a cookie issue, so clearing cookies will not resolve the issue, unless it's incidental.
