Issues Posting Pictures

Every time I try to attach a picture it uploads to the 90% point and then stops. I've tried many time and get the same result. I'm trying to use .jpg files, maybe that is the issue.

Any suggestions?

My best guess is it may be your browser - specially something blocking the process. Disable any 3rd party extensions or try another browser.

jpg files are supported and always have been.
