Default Password reset does not work

Hey all,

I think there may be an issue with the password reset feature.
I went to go reset the password on an account I created the other week and the email that is sent with the password never works.

I've tried a few times and every time I enter the new password (by copy and pasting it exactly) it says that it is "invalid"
Any ideas what is going on?

Thanks!

If you're getting an error that "You have entered incorrect login credentials." then you've either entered the wrong username and/or password. The system does not state which, if both, are wrong. Passwords are CaSe sensitive and must be exact. We recommend that you copy and paste the password. The username is included as the greeting part of the password reset email.

If you've logged in and trying to update the password and got the same message, then that means your new password does not meet the minimum password requirements as shown in the too-tip next to the new password field.

Thanks for the prompt response! I have been copying and pasting it exactly to no avail (I even checked to make sure it didnt bring in a blank space on the end which I know happens sometimes)

I guess I will just use this account. No harm no foul, just wasn't sure if it was a bug on the server side. Appreciate your time.

Forward the password reset email you have that shows the password that doesn't work to forumsupport@corvetteforum.com and make a note it's for JT. Eric will pass it onto me and I'll review.

I know for certain there is nothing server side. There is something missing from the issue.

I was able to log into the account with the credentials provided. This can only mean it's not being entered correctly. Have you copied both username and password? Are you using a password manager that perhaps has old info?

Welp, that was embarrassing. I just tried logging in using another browser and it worked... you must be correct on the password manager messing things up on my end. I've been clearing the fields and manually copying and pasting but it must be submitting an old password.
Appreciate you guys!
