can someone tell me how i can add pictures to my zo6 c5 post they are in my folders but on drop down it says file not accepted

What format are the pictures? Is it from a newer iPhone?

Unrelated, but it is not suggested to use your email address as your username. Post here if you want your username changed and, if so, provide up to 3 different usernames in case any of them are already taken.
