Over billing by corvette forum
Has anyone else experienced issues with renewal charges overlapping? I sent an email to admin but heard nothing except of course another renewal reminder. Last year I tried to stop the automatic subscription payments a few weeks before my membership renewed and somehow managed to not do that but I selected another payment so I actually had two memberships for 2024. One gold and one supporting.
I did not see that until I looked at my PayPal account a week ago and I then emailed CF admin but heard nothing.
Today after getting more renewal reminders I went back to PayPal cancelled the automatic renewal and then went to corvette forum.
In looking closer I now see there are no memberships that are not automatically renewed. It is the only way if I am not mistaken.
So, I went ahead and renewed and guess what, it renews today even tho my gold membership doesn’t expire until 12/24.
So I get double charged for 2024 and my renewal overlaps my current subscription.
I hope to hear from admin but the billing software is pretty screwed up imo.

we will have our membership coordinator Nad’Ja contact you @IB Member Support . each sub is a distinct SKU, so mixing and matching can create duplicates.
