Help Please,,,

I need help with my 1981 corvette. The factory electronic carburetor has been replaced with a manual Holly 4 barrel carburetor, and I need to know what to do to make it run,,, ? What do I do to fool the Computer to make it think that it is still hooked up to the electronic carburetor ?????
please help me !
